Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Electrician to join our team and ensure the top operational condition of electrical systems across our commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities

• Electrical Maintenance: Perform routine inspections, installation, maintenance, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical problems efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with relevant electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and inventory of electrical supplies and materials.

• Training: Collaborate with team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and skills development.

• Safety: Promote and adhere to a culture of safety in all electrical maintenance activities.

• Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of the team, assisting in other fields of maintenance as needed.

Education and Experience

• Valid county issued electrician’s license.

• Minimum 5+ years experience working as an electrician, including maintenance and service work.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, blueprint reading, and troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Commitment to safety in all work activities.

Physical Requirements

• Position requires frequent and prolonged walking, standing, crawling into confined spaces, and climbing of stairs, ladders, and scaffolding in both indoor and outdoor conditions. Must be able to pull wires and cables through conduits also have the ability to speak, hear, bend, balance, squat, stoop, kneel, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 50 lbs. Ability to frequently handle and use chemicals and general cleaning supplies.
